This collaborative, hands-on workshop will provide participants a chance to weave a community-sized dreamcatcher while taking part in a sharing session. Facilitators will engage on key themes throughout and guide conversation allowing attendees to learn from drawing on their own personal experiences in a safe space.

This interactive session builds awareness and practical skills to help prevent and de-escalate challenging behaviours in the workplace. Through real-world scenarios and guided discussion, participants will learn to recognize early signs of escalation, reflect on how communication styles and biases influence interactions, and apply person-centered techniques to respond with confidence, empathy, and professionalism—supporting more psychologically safe and resilient workplaces.
